I visited Ryo Sushi during their early days and since then it has been my go-to Sushi Restaurant even till now when it’s popular, packed with customers. Reservation is a must, please be punctual and respect the Chefs because it goes both ways.

I am not a fan of people who abuse service staff. In fact, I find it intolerable. It’s an unpardonable sin as far as I’m concerned, taking out personal business or some other kind of dissatisfaction on a waiter or busboy. 🔖

That is what you get at The Sushi Bar when you order their Classic Chirashi Bowl (💵S$24.90) The Sashimi is cut Thicker from my last visit, which is always a good thing. More is always good right?? The only thing lesser will be The Sushi Rice but you'll be satisfied with the portion anyways. 😋

ACAMASTIPS💮: If you preferred your Sashimi to be slightly cooked or the smell of a slightly burnt fish, opt for the Aburi Kaisen Chirashi Don (💵S$26.90) same variety & a little more arousing. 🖖🏻

Finally at the much Raved & Hyped Sushiro for their Chirashi Don. I LOVE Chirashi Don, it's like meeting a long lost Lover whenever I order mine.
However, the Chirashi Don at Sushiro doesn't rekindle that sparkle of Love. Yes the Sashimi is fresh, Generous?? Not really actually, it's piled on a Mountain of Sushi Rice. Pretty Standard, nothing to Rave about. 🍣

ACAMASTIPS💮: Order their normal Bara Chirashi Don (💵S$12.80) if you must, one can't beat their price for a decent Chirashi Don though. For the same price of $24 I'd rather you next to The Sushi Bar or others. 🖖🏻

Nothing's gonna replace the classic that is Chirashi Don but one just can't pass up on the Aburi Kaisen Chirashi Don (💵S$26.90) from The Sushi Bar Dining at Ngee Ann City especially at that price point. 🍣

The smell of slightly burnt fish, melted fish fat, is seriously quite arousing. Salmon Belly, Salmon, Tuna, Swordfish, Yellowtail & Scallop are torched topside while the bottom half is still raw. 😋
However, pieces like the Swordfish & Tuna are a little chewy. The slices are thick & Gosh it's generous for the price. 🎏

ACAMASTIPS💮: On my quest to avoid all Hipster sushi places that create sushi fusion bullshit, I gotta say the Salmon Aburi Roll (💵S$14.90) is pretty damn worth it for the price. 🖖🏻
