Order their Grilled River Prawns ($16) for well-grilled and deliciously sweet prawns that are seasoned with nori cilantro butter and housemade shio kelp. Also try their Curry Mussels With Mantou (from $16) that feature fresh and juicy mussels accompanied by crisp golden-brown buns — heavenly when dipped into the creamy curry. To share, get the nicely Roasted Black Grouper ($28) that sees a perfect balance between the sweet cream sauce and the sourness from the side of pickled mushrooms.

Be sure to try their Salmon Sandwich ($19.90) that sees fresh salmon slices in crisp and chewy homemade pita bread. Choose between a white wine sauce or the spicy tomato one to accompany your bowl of plump and tender New Zealand (North Island) Green Lipped Mussels ($17.95). The Tom Yum Seafood ($18) with tons of prawns, mussels, fish, mushrooms and squid in a tangy, spicy flavour-packed broth served in a charcoal pot is good for sharing — especially on rainy days. At night, NUDE Seafood transform into a contemporary Asian seafood restaurant. The succulent Hickory Smoked Salmon ($12.80) now comes lightly charred and wrapped in bamboo leaf to retain moisture and elevate the natural flavours of the salmon. Burppler Xing Wei Chua recommends pairing the dish with their Salted Fish Blue Pea Rice ($4.8). Starters are from $5.8, mains are from $12.8, and desserts are at $6.8.
