A surprise find! Looks normal but this fried Mee Sua tastes really good! Try their salted egg yolk chicken ball as well.

We went for a little food hunting today and decided to try this Char Kway Teow place that Alvin discovered one of his routes to Bugis. The uncle plies his trade like a performance, frying the noodles on a open stage. The Char Kway Teow tasted lighter than usual. I guess it was okay return for the small adventure we went on today.

Here is my onglet with shallot confit and French fries. A bit on the salty side but very tender and juicy. I don't really like onions, but I finished every bit of it and the sauce. Will definitely be back to try the other stalls!

Must booked in advanced. Grilled crab is sweet and succulent. Loved the sambal blacan too.

Tucked in the corner of a coffee shop along Thomson Road, Sin Ming Roti Prata has generated quite a following for their house-made dough and freshly made pratas. While this means you have to wait for your prata, it's well worth it considering you will be getting a hot, fluffy stack. Try their coin pratas for really crispy, fun bites at 6 pieces for $3.50!
