It’s been awhile since the last time I visited Long John Silver’s and coming this time to try their CNY special, the mala salmon & dory.
The mala sauce was definitely enjoyable and spicy, pair well with the salmon and fried dory.

The sambal was spicy but addictive Shiok. The fish was moist and quite big piece. One could select a choice of side which I selected side salad. Taste not bad although I wish to know why the rice don't have orange color as showed on picture.

Cinnamon powder dusted toasts
Served with 2 soft boiled eggs 🥚 and a cup of hot tea. Interesting that the dark soya sauce was in packet form. Plus maple 🍁 syrup to dip the toast with.
The outlet was surprisingly packed and with quite a number of Food Panda 🐼 delivery guys around.

Bad choice with the bacon 🥓 looking so fake, reminding one of mock meat. The meat 🍖 patty was quite fake too, without any meat texture.
The waffle was dense and doughy. Don't put too much syrup on it as it's already dusted with icing sugar.
