I've visited both during lunch and dinner and it has always been memorable for the gorgeous views. Manage your expectations about the food though... nothing much I can rave about. Perhaps best described as painstakingly mediocre.
Delicious, melt in the mouth fatty texture. Very pricey, but worth the occasional indulgence, I suppose!

Very juicy, tender of course, but the A3 wagyu had more flavor.
All my favourite things in one platter! The sashimi slices are super fresh while the sea urchin is creamy and smooth.

The foie gras was lightly-flavoured, none of that heavy, dank tasting that mediocre foie gras contains; it was light, creamy and velvety - and perfect either spread over the brioche or eaten in tiny bits on its own.

The rice was chewy and grainy the way I loved it, pooled by a luscious gravy sapid with lobster's flavour; the lobster pieces were generous, springy and pleasing to the palate.
