Mitasu is the place to be for a solid Japanese buffet that doesn't kill your wallet while fulfilling your dreams of asking the waiter for as much sashimi as you can dream. Everything I ate was fresh and delicious. Do note that it's an ala carte buffet so plan your orders ahead in stages as it can take time to reach you, so the best way to maximise it is to order as soon as your first orders begin to arrive. Also if possible, try to sit nearer to the tea dispensers as that can be a journey.

One of the best Japanese buffets around with a price that doesn’t leave you feeling the pinch in your wallets. Sashimi was fresh, nabeyakis were good, grilled fishes were seasoned nicely and the black sesame ice cream was a nice surprise! However, their oysters aren’t the freshest, but who’s complaining when you’re paying RM70++ for unlimited buffet time and other good dishes?

This sought-after spot hidden in Central Plaza has one of the city's best spreads for Japanese buffets and at a justified price too (RM59.90 for adults, RM44 for senior citizens). Start with their cool cuts that sit at the top of our list: salmon and butterfish sashimi. Then, fire it up with the stately tuna tataki and fried morsels — the soft-shell crab and battered squid tentacles are especially delicious. There are also oysters, fresh or grilled with cod roe, and a range of heavier options like garlic fried rice and cold soba to choose from. Whichever dish you decide on, you don't have to run to get it because here, food arrives at your table fresh upon order (all you can order). And while many buffet restaurants limit dining duration, Mitasu will let you linger all night long, perhaps to get to know your foodie date better over more food. Reservations are necessary — make it weeks in advance.

Free flow Japanese food — basically a playground for hungry adults at just RM59.90++ (RM44++ for senior citizens, RM13-59.90++ for children)! Mitasu has plenty to offer from salmon sashimi to tempura, soba noodles, mini donburis and ice cream flavours like green tea and black sesame! Want to add a little CNY festivity into your feast? Add a yee sang (RM48.80 for regular; RM88.80 for large) and toss your way into a prosperous new year. Reservations are a MUST, so call to make your booking before going over to avoid disappointment!

This Japanese buffet is just the spot for fulfilling your dreams of having endless amounts of sashimi. The fish available are salmon, tuna, and butter fish, all served on ice. Mitasu charges a standard RM59.90++ for adults and RM44.00++ for senior citizens and RM13.00 - RM59.90 for children. Come here with your family or friends for a celebration, and have your fill of raw fish! Be sure to make a booking as they do not entertain walk-ins.

Sashimi is fresh, we order 10 oyster but 7 oyster is fresh, another 3 is smelling weird. Teriyaki salmon is good, just a little over cooked.

Food: 3/5
Ambiance: 4/5
Price Reasonableness: 4/5

Staff is quite blur, we waited our ice-cream for more than 15 mins, and keep sending in wrong food.
