With a rich history of over 30 years, @nanacurryrestaurant has since grown from a hawker stall at Marina South to 7 stalls/outlets all over 🇸🇬. Other than their hearty Peranakan-Style curries, expect a wide variety of Zi Char classics from their menu, ranging from savoury, to spicy, to sweet flavours!

Here are some of their bestsellers we enjoyed!
👉Curry Fish Head - SGD28.90
👉Chye Poh Tofu - SGD9.90
👉Salted Egg Lotus - SGD9.90
👉Snow White Pork - SGD10.90

Their mouth-watering curry fish head packs a punch and probably needs no further introduction. As for the other Zi Char dishes, I must say they exceeded my expectations in terms of taste and quality. Don’t say I never share arh, their salted egg lotus is dangerously addictive, just like you know what lah…😉

💌Thanks @nanacurryrestaurant for the media drop.

Curry is too spicy for me to handle. A small portion comes with one drumstick, 2 small pieces of meat, 1 potato & some beancurd skin. By the look of it, you can tell it’s spicy.

Ordered the fried tofu with some special sauce. Tofu included some mixed ingredients and are soft on the inside, but the sauce was nothing nice.

Best out of the three is the fried eggplant in salty egg sauce & floss. Nicely fried and taste was just nice.

Overall, a bit pricey for some of the items; small items are around $9.90 (e.g., the tofu). Can give their curry a try if you are up for spicy food.
