North Bridge Road Lor Mee

I don't know when lor mee moved past the usual lor ingredients and became a fish contest. Adding fried fish to anything would enhance it, but for some reason it's become the domain of lor mee. This stall is probably one of the best at it. The base was decent but the battered fish was crispy and fragrant. It also comes with fish without batter.

It was pretty good lor mee, seller pack separately, so the noodle or bee hoon not turn soggy.
The broth not too starchy,flavourful and the fried fish is very crispy.
💰$4.2 for small, $5.2 for big and $3 for extra fried fish.

Supposed to arrive between 5pm to 6.30pm. Finally arrived just before 7pm.
Came with packets of vinegar, chilli sauce, minced garlic, and chopped coriander. Gravy packed separately.
Beware of the tiny bones in the fried fish.
Thought it would be a whole fried fish but turned out pieces of battered fish.
The Lor mee was topped with bean sprouts, shredded fish, braised pork belly and crispy battered fish bits.
