Launched in conjunction with National Day, this new flavour is only available for a limited time! 🦀🌶 Decided to try it upon recommendation from one of my followers and true enough, it surpassed my expectations! ✨ Within the crisp red exterior lies a substantial fillings of fresh, juicy REAL crabmeat chunks coated in chilli crab sauce that’s tangy, flavourful with a pleasant tinge of spice! As a fan of spicy food, I am glad the one here was pretty distinct and pronounced, unlike some chilli crab sauces that’s sweet with a tomatoe-y flavour. Wouldn’t mind giving this a 2nd shot certainly! ✨ .

This Nasi Lemak Chicken’O was still quite unexpected – the ‘marrying’ of one of Singapore’s favourite local dish and OCK Curry Puff.

Ah oh! It did taste like Nasi Lemak in a puff, better than what I imagined it to be. My mind probably needed so tuning, as this was a familiar yet exciting taste.

Each Nasi Lemak Chicken’O contains the favourite Nasi Lemak ingredients such as egg, chicken, peanuts, ikan bilis and the most important sambal chili.
There was no potatoes added, but I am not complaining as there was quite a bit of chicken chunks.

Been there, done that - it’s more like ‘ikan bilis sambal’ puff than what it’s marketed to be. Not a fan, and the chilli is way too sweet for my liking 😛

This breakfast only dish usually sells put fast.
What I, and most others, like about this is the fiery kick of the sambal chili, which has coated the strands of vermicelli rice noodles.
The spongy tofu puffs, as well as the crunch of the ikan bilis / anchovies and bean sprouts that give it a nice contrast.

Sadly, when we got it, it was already cold and so it wasn't crispy at all. Nacho cheese sauce that poured onto the Chicken was pathetically little too. If it was served hot, we would give it a 7/10 easily. There's a friendly auntie at Simei branch who recognizes us and keep smiling and telling us to buy more, made our night!
