First thoughts, the kitchen sure knows how to cook. Perfect sunny side up and perfectly seared beef compliemented by a surprisingly garlic butter

Fluffy french toast with fruits, try it if you’re a sweet tooth person

Crabcake was densely packed with crab meat and well complemented with the curry mayo. Overall quite enjoyable though we would have love a poached egg to add some creaminess.
However, the big miss had to be their Pistachio Watermelon cake, kinda like a Blackstar rendition gone wrong. First, we were served the piece from their display piece which came looking awful and cream already liquified on the plate. When asked to replace, the second piece from the fridge didn’t look fresh and in a state to be served. Colours of the toppings that should look vibrant were dull and looked stale. The cake itself was not any better.
Having wasted the penny on it; we decided not to waste our calorie after a few bites. Perhaps they should reconsider what they choose to serve to ensure quality, and how they wanna store them to ensure freshness upon serving. After all, it’s about the substance beneath its form when it comes to food right?
