Qiu Lian Ban Mian 秋莲板面 (NEX)

[Qiu Lian Ban Mian] Super thanks to my colleague who helped me "glam up" this bowl of mee hoon kuay with a gudetama character which sums up what many of us are feeling right now as we are nearing back-to-work-Mondays. I don't know if it's just me but the soup was just way too oily, maybe due to the fats from the minced meat? Also, noodles and vegetables were overcooked. Guess, I will have to find something else to eat whenever we are here for lunch.

What has happened to the Qiu Lian Ban Mian that I used to love a lot? Have they expanded too big for their own good?
