Racines at Sofitel Singapore City Centre @sofitelsingaporecitycentre has a new weekdays dinner semi-buffet dining concept to present a semi-buffet, from 29 August 2022.

Helmed by newly promoted Executive Chef Eric Seow, indulge in their choice of main course along with a curated spread of salads, soups, appetisers, and desserts.

Highlights on the menu include Whole Salmon Confit, Country Pâté, Sambal Seafood Rice, Wagyu Flank, Arborio Risotto, Paris-Brest and Fraisier Cake.
