First, decide on the soup base. If you are feeling adventurous then go for the Black King. The Green King is infused with Basil, so its reminded me of the pesto pasta in soup. The Original King is the safest option that you can't go wrong with.

Love that I can customize the ramen to my liking from the intensity of the flavour to the toppings.
Since it is my first visit, I tried it to select Normal for everything. I think its pretty good and it was really satisfying.

Next time I come back, I would probably go for the thin noodles in hard because normal was a bit too soft for my liking.

You get to choose from four bases and customise pretty much everything else in your bowl, from the noodle doneness and cut of meat to the garnishes and spice level. This bowl is your standard tonkotsu very well done for the price – flavorful broth that's not too jelak, and a succulent slab of pork belly that's melt-in-your-mouth in places. One of the best ramen I've had in Singapore.

The Green King was an unusual but surprisingly good offering, with notes of Italian pesto pasta with a hearty tonkotsu broth. Very satisfying!

Not the most refined, but extremely satisfying ramen. After the black one, tried the red one this time. Not quite hemorrhoid-inducing, but pretty spicy if you go for the maximum level.

There is no atmosphere here. It’s located opposite the Food Opera food court, so could be quite noisy. The level of customisation is highest among ramen joints in Singapore. In addition to the choosing the broth, you can adjust up to six other factors (eg. richness of taste, thickness of sauce, spiciness, etc). I went for the Black King broth. Not the most refined, but well, so satisfying and unusual. You either love it or hate it. Because of the more plebeian premises, prices are reasonable, although if you load up your ramen with extra noodles, meat, bla bla, you might end up paying $30 for a bowl of noodles. The friendly staff at Nagi are not naggy at all.

Love the broth it was just nice to my liking. Love the fact that you can customized the broth and seasoning. It gives the authentic feel like I’m back in Japan! 😋
