Perfect for tea break, this latte doesnβt have any caffeine in it. Our first sip had prominent injeolmi notes that melted to become muah chee-esque. The 2 mochis speared on top were also chewy and delicious! Others whoβve reviewed this opined a soy profile but it was more nuttier to us
Whoever came up with this tea cake mustβve been a genius! While Rise is known for the insta worthy sweet tea cakes, their savory rendition is not to be missed. There are evident kimchi shreds embedded within a soft crumbly teacake along with cheese bits. Somehow the combination of spice, sweetness and savoriness was harmonious! So glad we tried this.
White Forest Cake (S$8.80+)
(111 Exclusive)
Featuring layers of delicate vanilla sponge, housemade mixed berries compote and a gingerbread cookie crumb base.
It wasnβt too sweet. The tart taste of the berries cut through the sweetness of the gingerbread base.
Black Sesame Latte (S$6.50+)
A nutty, earthy blend of Japanese kuro goma.
Really feel like having the black sesame paste dessert without the thickness.

- was light, warm and super fluffy!!
Had a midweek sweet tea break at the pretty space of Rise Bakery with colleagues. Itβs on the pricier end, but their fragrant and crisp brown butter waffle paired extra well with the white peach oolong ice cream. Eyeing to try the genmaicha flavour next!
