Had dinner with my wife at Ingleside, it’s one of the best restaurant for dry aged fermented steak in Singapore! We’re offered cold towel, followed by a quick tour of the restaurant, it’s interactive and interesting of how they made the dry aged meat with their various in house ferments. The lamb loin is nice with their blueberry sauce. The shoyu koji squid with charred leeks are so tender! Recommended this place if you want the best dining experience!
New dish too. First time encountering. Unfortunately, it's slightly below average.
Maki sauces were yummy; there was a garlicky one that was novel and fragrant. Dry udon was healthy- best option if you’re looking to eat clean!
Really appreciated the good service, cheerful staff and actually affordable drinks! Will be back again for the generous rice bowls 😛
Shows their evolution. Quite good standard too.
More unagi! And this time it's not part of some big bento. It's clearly not high quality but I'll take it. The omelette was surprisingly good.
Such cakes are a splurge but I love them. I can eat half in one sitting.
Sian I had such high hopes for this stall. I saw they have types of fried noodles. In the end the noodle wasn't really handmade la mian, tasted mediocre, and the ingredients were sub-standard.
A newer stall selling ban mian. They call it Penang for some reason. Every component was a little rough at the edges, but overall acceptable.
Both the kueh and the chye por were dry. It taught me that chwee kueh mustn't be dry.
Very dry and not much taste.
