Custard Bun ($1.20 each)
🍞
Custard was too sweet & dense instead of the flowy feel. Char Siew was nice & yummy, especially enjoyable when the dough was soft & thin 😋

Walked passed the restaurant and decided to give it a try.
Ordered one of their signature noodle dish with a big piece of chicken thigh and 2 big shrimp dumplings. You get to select to have the special vermicelli (bee hoon) or hor fun.
The vermicelli length had been cut shorter for convenience eating. No chopstick is required for it.

The soup base is light, chicken and dumplings are flavorful, vermicelli is not the usual bee hoon. It is slightly thicker, indeed special. Overall, a good combination.

I want to be back again for its condensed milk toast and milk tea! Hope it will be as good as what i have had at Hong Kong.

As expected, the juices from the roast chicken gave the soup another depth, contextualising the product of umami flavours. Also love the presence of creamy scrambled eggs & fried beancurd skin, though the shrimp dumplings short fall of high expectations as it tasted literally like freezer. Overall, still a decent bowl if you have the time to queue. Oh yeah man, that's a pretty long name don't you think?

My friends And I tried the popular Chicken Thigh Noodle Soup and Dry and Kai Lan with Oyster Sauce. The soup version came with very interesting glassy noodles that was deliciously springy, while the dry version didn't disappoint with it's authentic Hong Kong noodle-feel, and that oyster sauce base, yumsssss

Price: $4.80

No. I'M SORRY. There's not much meat inside and it's not even spicy.

I liked the bits of garlic though.
