As usual, it's very good. Cripsy outside, soft inside, with a hint of sweet, and pour (no more dip for me π) fish savoury curry, shiokkkk.

πSin Ming Roti Prata.
24 Sin Ming road, #01-05.
Supposedly the best coin prata in Singapore. Crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. Waited for 10 minutes quite fast. Goes very well with the chicken curry!
I had really high expectations for the coin prata as I have read so many reviews raving about it. However, it didn't quite blow my mind. Yes, the prata coins are very crisp but I didn't find the insides fluffy as described by others. It was really quite ordinary, and I much prefer their normal roti prata.
I have nothing but praise for this prata - so simple-looking but so incredibly executed! It was crisp and doughy in just the right places. The curry that accompanied it was also really good - it was actually decently spicy and thick. I really enjoyed each bite of my curry-soaked prata. π
I was a bit apprehensive to order the curry chicken initially, as I was afraid it would be a really small portion like other Indian food stalls I patronized before. Hence, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the portion of chicken served was rather HEFTY. I had at least half a breast and a wing - that is a win for me! The chicken was cooked just nice as well, nothing too tough or powdery here. I will definitely order this combination again the next time I am here.
These coins beat plain prata hands down. So shiok Iβll swap my coins for more of these prata coins.
$4 for 3 plain and 1 egg prata :)
$4.50 for one fried chicken drumstick!!! :(
Prata was good. Layers were very obvious. Almost like a croissant prata. Plain was much better than egg. Yummy!
