Must say that this is one of my first fish heads that is out of the context of Curry Fish Head (my family and circle of friends seem to not like to deal with fish bones) and I am totally sold. I liked how the meat underneath absorbed a bit of that light sauce flavour, and topped with garlic that makes it so interesting to eat. The meat was mainly succulent, but it gets a bit inconsistent when it gets slightly more overcooked at the end. Loved the jelly-like bits around the mouth of the fish; so good!

There are many Tze Char Stall selling Steamed Fish Head. Look Competitive right. Almost all the tze char selling their steam fish head selling at $13. previously @gwenfoodvolution posted the pic of chengji steamed fishhead i wanted to bring my parents to try my mum say that it is horrible. So she doesn"t want so she brought to this tze char stall that her friends recommended to my surprise it is also recommended by @misstamchiak. But this Tze Char Stall sell their steam fish head at $16. Well When the steam fish head is served i smell the fragrance of the chopped crispy & mince ginger Soya Sauce. It is traditonal Hong Kong Style Steamed Fish. The fish meat is white fresh & tender does not have the fishy smell. Fyi The Tze Char Stall does 4 hrs of Business if u wanna come pls come early.
