Super Saigon’s newest item on their menu, the Heart attack beef fried rice topped with a sunny side up and shredded vegetables. That level of spiciness in those grains would definitely tickles your tastebuds and suitable for the Malaysian palate. RM17.90 per serving.

I’m a big fan of bun cha and Super Saigon does a pretty neat version. The highlight would be the chicken; so juicy and flavourful, which adds even more flavour to the dish.

I actually found this dish to be really spicy but I could not stop digging into it! It’s super addictive – I really enjoyed the heat, and even more when had with Super Saigon’s housemade sambal. It’s not very Vietnamese but it definitely was my fav dish of the night.

I’m a big fan of bun cha! Originally from Hanoi, the chicken version here was surprisingly good. Rice vermicelli served with a decent amount of pickled carrots, mixed salad leaves, shredded cucumber, crushed peanuts, mint leaves topped with aromatic grilled lemongrass chicken, crispy spring roll and not to forget the nuroc cham dipping sauce. The extra flavour in the chicken makes every mouthful taste so good. RM17.90 per serving,

New item on the menu that almost got me a heart attack. 😆 This beef fried rice is full of heat topped with a perfectly cook sunny side up.

Fried rice is super flavorful with sliced beef. The choice of veg in the fried rice is slightly different from your regular fried rice, in Super Saigon broccoli is use in the fried rice.

In Super Saigon, deep fried spring roll is served in a different way. Instead of just enjoy it by itself, you'll wrap the spring roll with fresh lettuce and mint before dipping into the dipping sauce. It's a new experience to me having deep fried spring roll in this way.

To my surprise, the spring roll became very refreshing with the fresh vegetable and hint of mint. Instantly fall in love with this spring roll combination.
