🍽 FUD FOR THE TUMMY
• Active - Slow-cooked Chicken Breast + Japanese Soba Sauce + Asparagus + Zucchini + Cherry Tomato + Ponzu Sauce
• Value - Slow-cooked Chicken Breast + Baked Chicken Thigh + Avocado + Sous Vide Egg + Egg White + Parsley Pesto Sauce ($11.90 + $1)

Decided to eat clean after the trip so went for this salad place with DIY salad. Picked chicken breast, soba noodle, asparagus, pumpkin and broccoli for the salad with balsamic vinegar as the dressing. They have always been generous for the portion of protein so it has always been very satisfying for having this. The protein may not be as well seasoned as the other salad place but this is why it is more healthier!

Protein- steak ($1 additional). complex carb- whole wheat pasta. Supplements- baby corn, cherry tomatoes, broccoli and sous vide egg. Dressing- honey mustard. Perfect combination for everything! Wholesome and hearty lunch at an affordable price! 😋

1 protein + 1 complex carb + 3 supplements + 1 dressing ($8.90) I topped up $2 for salmon. Salmon was very moist but slightly mushy. Chose pumpkin for the complex carb option. Not bad, it is sliced thinly and grilled. For supplement, I got the fennel ($0.50 additional), sous vide egg & broccoli. Fennel is interesting but sadly it tasted really bland. Chose ponzu for dressing but it hardly saved the bland fennel or improved the existing dish. I will definitely recommend a different dressing!

Cheapest protein salad around! $8.90 for basic set with choice of 1 protein, 1 complex carb, 3 sides & 1 dressing. Got the chicken thigh as I was feeling for smtg more hearty and filling. I skipped the complex carb to swap for 2 additional toppings, which include tempeh (very interesting option, not found anywhere else!!), broccoli, pumpkin (tasty but oily too), egg white (loved that they came in big chunks and its fluffy too!!) & asparagus (a bit too skinny for my liking, I prefer the thicker ones with more bite) overall, super value!!!! Other protein options include salmon, baked chicken breast, tofu & steak!!
