Once again, back at Teppei Syokudo and tried the lunch set ($16.80). Ordered the signature kaisen don which comes with karaage and your choice of hot/cold green tea. The seasoned sashimi needs no additional soy sauce. Enjoyed the set and yes, will be back again! Remember to use shopback go or favepay for additional rebates in store.

Always good to be eating this. Not necessary to add on, the original portion is good enough. Liked how they marinate the sauce together with all the sashimi. Simple and good. If you only eat salmon, you can request for an all-salmon bowl - just need to top up another 80cents! The bowl was full of salmon belly. Good deal, must come :)

Was feeling a little indulgent so I decided to get the Kaisen don combo and with just a top up of a little over $3 I got to enjoy some extra unagi with my fav Kaisen salad which again, didn’t disappoint with the freshness and quantity for its pretty affordable price 💯 love it that everything’s just in nett prices at Teppei! And it’s great that the Asia square outlet has this combo option to make up for my regret for not being able to DIY my don bcos the DIY outlets were a little more out of the way for me. Already foreseeing myself going back real soon for the combo, maybe with the tamago as the add on this time 😋 also tried their ebi and pork katsus for the first time and they were just the way I like my katsu, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside.. just take my calories! 🤤

Got it for $3 with mealpal. Hamburg oozes cheese, which is a pleasant surprise since it's not even called cheese hamburg. Curry tastes bitter to me though, so I didn't eat much of the gravy. Definitely worth $3.

The food was a pretty decent portion for its price. The Katsu Don paired with the Hokkaido Scallop, small white fish and Hokkaido Potato was certainly filling. I would recommend the scallop as it was really soft, flavourful and melt in the mouth too.

To be honest, the place is really suitable for takeaways. Food is decent, my unagi is nice! Im especially intrigued by the hokkaido scallop!
One improvement, however, is to use less of plastics, we dined in but were served with plastic plates and utencils?
Overall, food is worth the price, especially for such a high end location!
