managed to get hot crispy fresh fries and a cafe trip before the restrictionsโœจthis GIANT BOWL OF MENTAIKO FRIES ($14) from @thebrewingground is really worth, can feed up to 6 ppl. I love the doubly fried fries which makes it extra crispy!๐Ÿ’ฏ one of the best fries I had from a cafe ๐Ÿ‘ the mentaiko was generous as well๐Ÿ’• they have a good selection of brunch menu and open to pets outdoor!๐Ÿฉ just checked that they are having 10% off for pick up and delivery ๐Ÿšš if ya around the area do check them out and support FnB during these tough times ๐Ÿ’ช stay safe guys! โœจ

Creamy burrata spread on top of soft yet crisp sourdough, complemented with a variety of toppings: cherry tomatoes, sliced almonds, caramelised onions and pickles. Eaten together really brings out the flavour of the dish, really light on the palette and perfect for brunch.

Very very generous servings of ingredients. All of it was really delicious too. Love the cheesy sausage, which had a nice bite and nice amount of cheese. The thick cut maple bacon was not too salty, and their scrambled eggs were cooked really nice and creamy. Super filling and good.

Overall, this place really hits the spot for a nice filling brunch and officially takes over populus as my no. 1 brunch place in sg.

$26 plate of goodness! Scrambled eggs were smooth and fluffy and everything on the plate was yumssss. I skipped the thick cut bacon (not a fan of bacon) but they were kind to give an extra serving of spinach which I loved. Super big plus for what made the platter instead of the usual places, but wish the sourdough toast was less soggy, and they served better butter.

Note: Cafe opens at 8:30 but this breakfast platter is only available from 11am onwards. A strange choice, since they named it "The Brewer's Breakfast".

Still worth a return visit nonetheless, but the 11am thing is a bummer.

Thick hand cut fries that is crispy outside & soft inside; not greasy; drizzled with thick & rich mentaiko sauce; a tad too salty..

Cake is soft and rich with chocolate taste; chocolate lava inside is thick & rich, not as "flowy" as I was expecting; love the almond crumble that add crunch to the dish; with vanilla bean ice cream that is fragrant & rich with vanilla taste; not overly sweet; good sweet-ending & chocolate lover will love it..

Scrambled egg is very silky smooth & soft; generous portion of sautรฉed crabmeat which is flavorful & fresh with natural crab sweetness; with fresh ikura; sourdough is well-toasted, mildly crisp outside & soft inside; looks small but filling for a small stomach; with mixed fresh & crunchy greens at the side; good for sharing..
