Fantastic lunch experience at Tien Court for a course held at the hotel. Food was simple but delicious, and I especially loved the stir-fried beans with prawn. Ambience was comfortable and service was good.

Had the chance to dine in this restaurant and food wise has quality.

One of the most interesting dish that I had was the chick glutinous rice which is cute and the presentation effort is commentable

Revitalise with a bowl of Double-boiled Fish Maw Nourishing Soup ($28++) at Copthornekings Tien Court! 😍
.
Featuring a rich & milky broth boiled down over 6 hours 🔥 using only chicken collagen & snow fungus, you can taste the ultimate essence in every drop! 🤤 Paired with soft tendon, fish maw & dried scallops, this sure makes a hearty bowl! 🥣

This is not your usual kind of orh luak, this was thin and crispy and the oysters that came with it was deep fried. But the oysters themselves still retain their plumpness and juice, exploding in your mouth as you eat it.

It’s not often that you see pork shoulder being used in a Chinese dish but this was executed so well! The matcha powder might seem a bit gimmicky but it went well with the meat, recommended!
