I liked the Signature Spicy Miso Tsukemen that I had at @tonichitsukemensingapore which had noodles that came with a spicy miso dipping sauce. The miso was fragrant and the meat was tender. I enjoyed this meal a lot and will be back for more! 😋
This place is really hidden from the busy area around here and you could easily missing out them.
It is actually located at this quiet alleyway beside Group Therapy, walk further in and you should find them here.
We were shocked when we realised we are the only customer in the restaurant, even though we came late lunch time on weekday; considering this is a popular lunch area for CBD workers.
I think the price probably one of the reason as well, as one meal here could cost you around $20+.
Serving their signature Tsukemen, come with a bow of dry ramen and dipping sauce.
The spicy miso broth is really tasty and spic, and you should dip the ramen on it without drinking the broth directly.
Of course after finish eating your noodle, you can add some provided hot water to the broth and drink.
