Wang Jiao Handmade Noodle (West Coast Market Square)

Delicious and the combination is pretty unique, due to the perfectly done egg and the chili esp. the chili is a smooth paste with just a tad of Chinese chili oil taste, but very much a sambal. Good dose of both umami and heat

The soup is really very comforting, quintessential banmian soup w a bit of herbal-ness. Tastes like home

The mhk was passable. Meatballs were big and quite praiseworthy

I'm a lover of dry version so naturally this is my order. However, I had a sip of le husband's soup version and decided I shall have the soup version next time I visit. The soup tastes like something cooked by mama at home, comforting and healthy (not excessively salty or MSG-ed) and very much to my liking.
Having said that, I reckon the dry version should be very popular as well with patrons looking for an omph in their meal. The chilli that looks like a dollop of sambal is actually a Chinese-style chilli with black bean flavour.
Stall owner is not stingy with ingredients and there's plenty of Minced meat balls and freshly fried Ikan bilis. It was a very satisfying meal!

Topped up $1 for 2 dumplings. You mian was on point and the minced meat given was pretty generous. Tossed together with some oil and sauce, this is one satisfying bowl of noodles.

an interesting tasting soup we have here. it smells like chicken soup and when you actually taste the soup, it taste like herbal chicken soup (something along that line, but just faint). but it definitely doesn't taste like the typical you mian soup out there.
