Ordered the honbo 1.5, chilli fries and tater tots. The smashed burger is really tasty. Chilli fries was average. Better off sticking to the tater tots and picking one of the dips. This set cost us close to $60 with a drink each.

Can understand it’s appeal, I’ve added otah and begidil and the meal came up to around $12 I think. The chilli with the fried chicken is tasty but overall it’s quite pricey.

Very popular place for lunch. The Dan Dan noodles come with chickpeas which isn’t exactly to my liking. Otherwise the noodles and the meat sauce tasted great.

Another must order item is their fried intestine stuffed with leek.

House made spaghetti with crab. The pasta is Al dente, the sauce was light and crab meat was sweet. Overall a pretty good choice of main.

Restaurant is smaller than I expected. Service was polite.

$15 for the sliced beef pho set which comes with a drink and a choice of single piece spring roll. They gave plenty of beef slices and the soup tasted light and sweet. My only complain is the pho was not as thin as I would have liked.

My partner ordered the grilled chicken fried vermicelli set $18

I forgot the exact price but it’s definitely more expensive than your regular BCM. I really like this Japanese adaptation of BCM. The sauce is savoury and it felt like I’m having a mix between mazesoba and bcm!

Had the sichuan pork noodles, fried pierogi and salted plum wolfberry pu-erh tea.

The drink sounded interesting but wasn’t as tasty as I thought it will be. Sichuan pork noodles had the taste of the right spices. What stood out for me was the fried pierogi. It’s something not commonly found in SG, the mashed potato and bacon mixture just taste so good together with the slight crunchy dumpling skin.

Place is small, abit dark and really noisy. Will recommend to go with just a friend. Not exactly a place for date.

They were very generous with the amount of large intestines given! The toufu was average though. Overall a good dish to order if you’re a fan of large intestine and wanted something spicy apart from their beef soup.

There is medium or large sizes to choose from. This is medium portion and I have to say it’s a very delicious and filling bowl of noodles for me especially after having one of the hard boiled free flow egg as well.

The savoury gravy and aburi cubed char siew mixed together with the crunchiness from the shimeiji mushrooms and the chewiness from the soba really makes this a very pleasurable bowl to devour with all the different textures playing with each mouthful.

Will have to come back for it again.

This is a very decadent dish but I don’t think uni and foie gras really go that well together since both are rich and creamy. Don’t get me wrong the dish is still tasty just that it isn’t the best match of ingredients.

This is the best pork belly gua bao one can find in Singapore. The bun is light and fluffy, pork belly nicely braised and melts in your mouth. The addition of coriander, peanut and preserved veg alleviated the taste to another level.

New foodcourt in orchard gateway featuring Malaysian hawker food!

This was a really well executed plate of Nasi lemak. The beef rendang was cut into bites size pieces which is slightly different from the chunky pieces of meat we usually get over here. The portion served was generous and every element tasted good!
