I recently had a fantastic plate of fried oysters in Penang and wished that I could find an equal in Singapore that matched up. Well guess what? This is it. The oysters are plump and fresh and the eggs are fried with crispy bit. Very flavourful and so addictive we packed home some for breakfast the next morning!
Very different from the Canadian style Poutine. But tasty nonetheless and topped with a fried egg.

A friend who saw this photo said it looked like airline food. He might be right but this is super healthy food that tastes better than it looks. Been here a couple of times since. My fav dishes are the matcha salad, tofu curry and tomato mozzarella salad. Pricey but it sure as hell makes you feel good from the inside.
This place is loved by many who make it a point to eat clean at least once (or daily) in their lives. The cheapest salad is $16 but worth every cent. Quality proteins with equally delicious sides. My favorite is the "beebop", which includes braised pulled pork shoulder, pico de gallo, crudites slaw, and furikake corn.
Be sure to order the deep fried beef and chu chee prawns. Am fascinated with their sashimi styled shrimps that's bathed with a spicy as hell watery condiment.
Thai-style pork knuckle to-die-for. It sure is heart clogging but boy oh boy is it worth every drop of fat.
Always been a fan of Swissbake's kraftcorn sandwich so am stoked that they've come up with a concept featuring just those stars :)
These come with generous doses of pork lard. They use a super tasty garlic base. It is almost always sold out by 8pm so get there early if you want to savour these babies.
Salted egg yolk, lotus paste, pork floss. This beats the normal tau sar piah! (Ipoh)
Really liked that this had texture. Definitely not of Campbell quality! So my umami in a bowl.
Given that it's a fusion version, I didn't have high hopes until I took a mouthful. It had fries in it too. And it was a good combi.
