Soufflé baked rice. Didn't think I would like it as it was too gimmicky but turned out delicious!
Durian ice cream, one of the best ones.
This amazing halal cafe, packs a spicy punch. These wings are doused in thick kecap manis and sprinkled liberally with chilli. Super sedap!
First tried this when they were still at Clarke Quay. Fell in love with it and so happy it is so much easier to go to (eunos!). Who the hell uses basmati rice in Chinese claypot? A genius that's who. The smokiness and the salty nuggets (salted fish, duck sausage, lap cheong) makes this an irresistible treat.
Good quality fish in this Brit favourite is hard to find. I almost always expect shitty fish so I won't be so heart broken. Why continue to order this dish then? Cravings. I love the mix of tartar sauce and the crisp batter in my mouth. Sometimes it's also just because I've watched too many good shows that have featured said dish!
Satisfying burger. What would you expect from the creators of Wolf Burgers! The char on the patty was so sexy, I couldn't help but savour it slowly.
I like my ramen al dente even though it's not technically pasta so I appreciated the fact that they let us choose. You can also pick a lighter broth if you're not fond of a rich soup base. Loved this ramen. One of the more authentic places in Singapore to have ramen.
Love love love the bun they used. One of the important things that most burger joints overlook. The whole combo was beautiful. What an affordable burger too. Psst.. This is so much better than the hyped up Butcher Club Burger franchise. My personal opinion.
If you're a fan of salted egg yolk this will send you to heaven. Must try if you're in Penang. Image credit: Aaron Chia
Slow braised 15 hour beef brisket. So tender. So freaking delicious! What a secret find.
No hype, just a damn good burger with an equally fantastic sauce. Must try.
First time savouring baked Camembert. I liked it a lot. Had to stop myself from ordering more.
