Turned out tasting way lower than I expected..
Bun was mediocre
Bulgogi sauce although oddly thick, didn’t hold any nice bulgogi flavors.
Onions inside tasted VERY bitter I couldn’t consume them
Beef patty was pretty nice
Overall.. I feel like it’s not worth the price.

Hazelnut comes with prominent hazelnut taste which makes it very good. idk if it was intentonal but, when it melts, it turned into some fudgy nutella-tasting fudge instead of a typical melted gelato which was still (uniquely) good, but just a lil surprising haha. If the sweetness was toned down just a little more, it would be perfect but actually it’s already very good.
Burnt White Chocolate was pretty impressive. Turned out to be not as sweet as I thought which was an excellent start, and there were these mini crunches that added very nice textures. Tasted like white chocolate with subtle caramel hints.
The cone was very nice! Crispy, idk lah just soo yum. Not very ‘spiced’ although some hints were there, but I think it’s a perfect cone to go along with gelatos.
Croissant was undoubtedly good, but the overall flavor wasn’t very much of my liking.
Was never a fan of mesclun and turns out there’s mesclun salad beneath the roasted mushrooms. Overall flavor very earthy-salad-like and maybe just suited for those who love mesclun salads!
One of the highly recommended places for beef hor fun but it didn’t really leave any impression.
Overall just okay, nothing to complain except that the veggies were bitter.
Gravy thickness was good, but I really expected more flavor from the appearance. The flavor was a bit too single-dimensioned. There was some wok hei on some of the hor fun strands, but not enough imo. The hor fun texture was also just ok.
Donut was REALLY fluffy, and not oily!
What I loved most is that the dark chocolate and peanut butter wasn’t sweet, making the donut tasted ‘premium’, although some more of these toppings are needed to make the topping-donut ratio perfect.
Not the cheesiest grilled cheese, but surely one of the tastiest.
Sourdough was toasted till crisp with subtle smokiness.
Caramelized onions added nice sweetness and some texture without bringing that stinging onion scent.
The cheese (American n Cheddar) amount was sufficient, and together with everything else, each bite was a wonderful one.

wantans were decent, the noodles were flavor and texture wise great, although I’s still prefer them to be less oily.
They are more known for their sio baks, but they char siew was delicious!
It wasn’t the fibrous meaty type but more to the hard type typical of char siews, but not hard to chew at all thanks to the nice fat-meat ratio that was enough to make it conveniently chewable without adding too much unpleasant fattiness
not big fan of liquid calorie but surprised myself that I LOVED this bottled drink.
Strawberry Smoothie wasn’t very sweet and notably tangy, and the Panna Cotta was luscious, silky, milky and totally a great companion to the smoothie.
At SGD 8.5, honestly not sure if i dare to ‘recommend’ it especially to regular bbt/drink drinkers, but I treated it as a dessert and it was worth my calories and price wise I felt like it’s okay to have it once in a while.
Their roast platter was pretty well executed
although char siew was a bit hard, it was a satisfactory platter and my friend I took dining with said it’s still comparable to those restaurants in malls.
A pretty good dish, loved the freshness of the ingredients. The scallops were pretty generous too!

Yong tau foo ingredients in a claypot of black bean sauce, REALLY good! Super comforting, especially that soft tofu with delicious minced meat inside that is also easy to chew. I’ll consider a MUST order!
