Wtd? The australian cafe bearded bella actually served oreos on a savory menu. Sous vide duck, potato roll, poached eggs, oreo peppers, maple bacon. while everything was nice, the duck was a bit tough yet flavorful and fatty, the oreo was a strange twist. Crumbs of oreo, the taste is more to hot rather than sweet 4/5

Surprise surprise, these souffle pancakes are found in a hawker centre, probably the most affordable souffle pancakes you'll ever find. Took 25-30 minutes wait, was cloudy, melts in your mouth but was kinda eggy. Needs more sauce. 4/5

Their hotcakes are weekend special. Sligjtly sweetened on its own, texture pretty much is like their gula malaka one. this one comes with brulwed banana, chocolate sauce, crumbs, and marshmallow. Only down side is the marshmallow that idk.... it just clumped together., really sticky and somewhat hard, other than that i enjoyed it 4.5/5

One of their hotcaky fluffy muffin. This one is chocolate (?) Muffin, the whitish part is the cream cheese that i thought would be molten. Well it did not, but was still pretty tasty

Croque madame here is a three layered sandwich. Toast was a bit soggy, but what i like is that they did not go classic with ham, but instead, they use duck confit. Is it still considered a croque madame though?😂4/5

Le entrecote in orcbard is located in the joint outdoor dining place called glasshouse, just outside the heeren. Came with a salad that is served as an appetizer, they serious were generous with the fries. Steak was good not grest, like to have more fat in it. Sauce was superb 4/5

The second time i ordered this. Was just sooo rich with that cream cheese sauce. Despite that rich creamy sweet sauce, their pancake kindq still stand out i guess? so fluffy, quite crispy. Dates sponge, butterscotch cream, cream cheese, was expecting something like a sticky date pudding, but did not taste like that. Sweetness is milder, and has texture of a sponge rather than soft of fudgy/molten texture of a date pudding. still a good cake regardless 4/5
