Noodles were smooth and chewy but fish slices were slightly fishy. Chili was very spicy! Broth was very tasty
This was AMAZING, the best I've tasted so far!!! The addition of the Kelp gave the fries an extra 'oomph' of flavour, making it super addictive. I've came here just for the truffle fries ($12) so many times and I'll continue doing that.
Eggs Tomato Relish - tangy tomato goodness with runny eggs, bacon and sourdough toast. Good enough to make me want breakfast for dinner 😋
Sambal makes his meepok special. Queue-worthy fishballs that are very fresh and tasty. A new Meepok Fishball Noodles stall at Redhill Market & Food Centre.

Super shiok and spicy🔥 bring a tissue to blow ur nose after that😆
Priding themselves as Thailand's No. 1 place for wanton noodles and pig trotters is BaaMee Bangkok. Their original wanton noodles are good already, but since you're already there, what you really ought to go for is their specialty tom yum wanton noodles. With noodles of great texture, great flavour, and a great spicy kick, what's not to love? Be warned, though, the blast from the tom yum is not for the fainthearted. To complete your experience at BaaMee, make sure you try their pig trotters as well! It is their specialty after all. ;)
The famous Kok Kee Wanton Mee has moved just a few steps from their old home at Lavender Food Square to Hoa Nam Building at 27 Foch Road, and is finally open for business once again. Nothing has changed (save for a $0.50 increase, and servings come in bowls now) - the noodles are still springy, and the mystical secret sauce and sweet chilli continue to enchant. Welcome back to the queue.
A different kind of chirashi don from the one I had this morning, this one has a mound of rice embellished with cubes of raw salmon, tuna, scallop and egg marinated in a house Japanese sauce that's on the sweeter side. Can never dislike fresh sashimi, but I wish the rice was cooked with less water so it has more bite; it's a conscious preference of owner and 987fm DJ, Darren Wee's.
The famous chili mee! For the spicy food lover!
I hardly get to eat this sort of easy Aussie-style food because of the lack of options in my office area, so I was really excited to visit Sarnies with Alain (from Burpple (hahahaha inside joke)) and a couple of other friends on a recent half-day off. The hearty portions and fresh flavours didn't disappoint, my favourite being the nutty homemade pesto that brought out the sweetness of the shredded chicken.
Who do you prefer? L or R? Okay okay, I shouldn't ask. No sibling rivalry yah.

Been a fan of Legendary Hong Kong's crusty-topped bo lo bao since day 1, and now they've one-upped themselves with a bo lo bao that spews molten salted egg yolk custard. WHAT SORCERY IS THIS?! So, so, so, so good.
