Love the thick broth that makes this dish so perfect. The prawns were extremely tender and fresh and there's smell of BBQ grill on them. For the price you paid for, with the generous serving of prawns and yummy broth, it's worth it.

Coming with cheese and ham, this is a pretty delightful starter that is suitable to share with three pax or more. The crusty bread comes fluffy with a chewy tension; carries a hint of herbs with melted cheese as well as ham stuffed in between. A starter to be shared that would hit well with bread lovers.

Friends have to be patient with you. Loads of patience.

So thank you to friends who gave in to my cravings for Crab Bee Hoon.
Actually I jio different friends for but obviously nobody wanted to join me. Haha.
I got my wish. Well, the dish was a lot better than the average, with the sauce carrying hints of pepper and garlic.
Crabs could have been sweeter. But well, cravings satisfied! Thank you my friends.

Salmon Caesar ($12.90);
Generous amount of smoked salmon and dressing for caesar was really goood! Love how they always churn out a tasty bowl of delights every time I am here! ✌🏻

Teppanyaki Hamburg Nihonbashi Keisuke is Chef Keisuke Takeda's 12th restaurant in Singapore. friends of mine would know that i highly rate many of his ramen restaurants in Singapore; in fact his Summer Ramen from Keisuke Four Seasons is still my #1 ramen in Singapore.

this new hamburg restaurant has a simple menu with only 2 choices: the Triple Cheese Prime Beef Hamburg Set ($20.80++) and Keisuke Prime Beef Hamburg Set ($18.80++). Both come with the free flow salad bar which has LOTS of goodies including ramen salad, potato salad, a free flow egg station (the omelette is GOOD and reminded me of the wonderful omelettes i had in japan), fruits and even a dessert. The main course, though, was rather disappointing. I felt that the hamburg did not contain enough cheese (even though i paid $2++ more for a "triple cheese"). the hamburg meat itself was also nothing much to shout about, being rather too soft and lacking consistency. Overall it is an excellent deal paying $20.80++ for so much food, but sadly it's not somewhere i would be really eager to go back to. Still worth a try at least once i guess.

Brunch in the West at a place with food of East and West influence .

I won't mind returning to this place if not for the distance away from home.

Bucatini Grilled Prawns Pasta: The prawns are really huge and fresh. Pasta is fragrant with a tinge of garlic and pepper taste. I will prefer a thinner choice of pasta actually (personal preference) in order to lessen that 'alkaline' taste .

Fried Wings: The wings are pretty yummy. The batter is nice and the chicken is really tender and moist. I would have liked it more if the meat inside is more seasoned or flavored. But overall, it is still yums!

A little pricey at $16.90, but SO definitely filling and worth your money!! It's so nice that writing a description for it is such a chore, because I can't find the best words to describe what my taste buds just experienced~ Go try it for yourself and let me know!

Good blend of tangy spiciness from the kimchi and spicy mayo, creaminess from the avocado, and saltiness from the crabsticks! But otherwise, nothing really stood out to me. Even though this was one of the cheaper options at $12.95, I thought it was a bit overpriced.

Still my favourite even after having not eaten this for 3 months. Extra eggs is the key, I suppose, to keep the small chunks of carrot cake slightly wet.

Having tried the 3 fish soup stalls in the clementi market, I have found this to be my personal favorite. The fish slices were amazingly fresh and crazily tender. $4 was really a good deal with more than 6 large slices of fish! The amount of tik poh added was just nice unlike the other stall which just had too much of it. The soup had a Shiok clean taste to it. Together with dipping the fish slices into their homemade chili sauce with ginger, I just simply mind blown. I just had to make sure that the bowl was really clean when I left the place 😋😋😋

Fried Chicken & Pancakes and Smoked Toriyama Wagyu Neck Burger. The fried chicken and pancake doesn’t sound very appetizing but it was a combo made in heaven. The moist and fluffiness of the pancake compliments the fried chicken perfectly.

Truffle flying somen , I love this better than their salted yolk ramen . Plain ramen duping into truffle soba sauce , very chilling and yummy !
