Had a few items during our dinner there and this probably stood out the most. The fritters were filled with minced mussels, deep fried but still retained rather moist inside. The accompanying Yuzu miso didn’t really have a distinct flavour and the fritters could do without them.

It was, is, & probably always will be their obsession of frying things up, Deep Fried Food & fast food outlets. 🍟

ACAMASEXPLAINS💮: An ounce of Sauce covers a multitude of Sins. Just like the "Fake News" or as John Oliver mentioned "Stupid Watergate" plastered all over it. 🖖🏻


The spread we had at Anarchy, featuring some of the new dishes to their revised menu, of which the Mussel Fritters with Yuzu Miso ($15) stood out to me more.

By incorporating whiskeys and wines into a number of their items and dishes, Anarchy Wine + Brew Bar’s revamped menu was perhaps catered to a more mature palate.

Hence, hits and misses for me, my favourite was the Truffle Ribeye Bowl with Foie Gras [$22]. A healthy bowl that came with a base of mixed rice or gluten-free quinoa, sous vide egg, bruleed foie gras and hearty Australian ribeye finished off with an earthy truffle glaze.

Foie Gras tasted a lil funny tbh, but the rest of the dish was quite okay. $22 is steep but typical, might come back again. Service is meh.

I don’t take beef so I won’t be able to share about the taste, but this is one of the new dishes from the revamped menu at Anarchy Wine + Brew Bar. Truffle ribeye bowl with bruleed foie gras, served on a base of mixed rice or gluten free quinoa.


The Anarchy Bar has revised their dinner menu, now with lower affordable prices. I've tried several items and I like them, I found the choice and balance of ingredients to suit a more mature crowd (working adults like me) compared to Montana's previous offerings.
I tried the following:
Sides: Baked Mussels with Yuzu Miso Sauce ($18)
Sides: Truffle Cold Pasta with Hokkaido Scallop ($14)
Mains: Coffee Gula Melaka Pork Loin ($24)
Mains: Foie Gras Burger ($24, pictured)
Drink: V60 Chocolate ($6.80)
Wine: Tangerine Dream Natural Wine ($14)
My favorite is this foie gras burger with juicy patty and melty foie gras that exhibits a light, clean and buttery taste, and they really do melt into the beef patty after being in contact with heat from the patty, so eat it fast.

This is one of the new dishes at @thewineanarchy. If you're a wine enthusiast, you can pair this dish with red wine that has been carefully selected by their in-house wine expert. 🍷🍷

Seaweed Brown Butter | Cold Angelhair Pasta | Yuzu Tobiko | Aburi Hokkaido Scallop

I loved the truffle scent in the pasta as it was pretty prevalent. Pasta was cooked al dente and was smoothly coated with the seaweed brown butter. The scallops were fresh and juicy.

Do take note that the portion is really small and would not even satisfy small eaters. The plate that it is served in is roughly the size of an open palm.

3 dishes are recommended for 2 people cos the portion runs small. As this is a wine bar, you can pair the dishes with wine too 🍷🍷

With probably The Best Bet you can get here is their rendition of the usual old fashioned Beef Bowl. With tried & tested combination of Foie gras, Beef & Truffle Oil (Good god why..) well, you can't go that wrong. 🏵

ACAMASTIPS💮: Its a bar, so wash it down with an 'artisanal' wine. A Sauvignon Blanc will be a good pairing (S$9/S$14/S$79) wash it down, the sins, the fats & the soul. 🍷
