Here's Apiary's limited-edition Better Together ice cream π¦ ($5/19 for single scoop/pint) to stay cool!
.
In support of the #BetterTogether campaign that raises awareness for mental health in Singapore πΈπ¬, this latest flavour is a harmonious blend of uplifting Bergamot & Jasmine Green Tea sorbet π΅ with Roasted Pineappleπ! So refreshing!
After having pastas for dinner at pastaria abate , apiary is situated just next door!! Had all time favourite pistachio + blue milk ($8.50) & waffles ($6) and love how both complement well together! Flavours was not to sweet, waffles was soft and crispy at the same time. Will be back to try out other flavours for sure! π
Got this Double scoop for $8.50 (just $8, +0.5 for premium flavor). Chosen Blue Milk out of curiosity (and cause the color is calming lol), together with my ice cream flavor go-to 73% Dark Chocolate (premium). Blue Milk which is some milky goodness flavor and has some salty surprise in every bite, which actually paires really well with the Dark Choc - I had salty, sweet, milky, chocolatey and bitter flavors in every spoonful. Enjoyed it π
It seems itβs always crowded though, so if youβre looking for some place to hang for a bit, this might not be it. Can opt to have their tubs delivered instead (saw them on Grabmart)
Chanced upon this while strolling along Duxton. Cannot remember what flavour ice cream we had. But it was really goooood. I would come back for more.
Back help again to have our "lunch". This time, we ordered the usual ice cream flavour. I guess choosing the normal flavour, there is nothing much to shout out about. However, waffle still tasted thick and nice.
We came back to Apiary for their pistachio ice cream once again as we really loved this flavour! The pistachio had a really nutty flavour to it and we liked that there was a roasted and slightly charred taste in the ice cream as well! The size of the scoop was pretty generous and we also loved that the ice cream didn't melt very quickly and this gave us the time to slowly savour the scoop.
However, we felt that the waiting time for a table for 3 was a little long on a Thursday evening (around 25 minutes) and it will likely be even longer over the weekends! Hence, dining in may not be an option if you are in a rush for time. Pricewise, the pistachio is a premium flavour so it costs $4.70 for a scoop and an additional $1 for the cone. Pretty reasonable pricing for the quality in our opinion!
