Unassuming look but the bagels were yumπ
Bagels were chewy, not as hard as I thought, pretty nice, juicy chicken, fluffy eggs, both goes well with truffle spread, both were hits, no miss!
Only cons is that the humble shop can only accommodate few customers within the shop, and around 6 seats outdoor, be early or perhaps take away will be another alternativeβ¦

Bagels are on the chewier side without being tough and does well in containing the generous, juicy fillings.
ππ«π’ππ’ππ§π’ ($14.50) - Stuffed full with 3 juicy homemade Italian beef meatballs. Enjoyed the mix with tangy marinara sauce, stringy cheese, and pickled purple cabbage.
ππ¨π«π€ ππ’ππ¬ππ ($14.50) - Unique asian twist with tender and well-spiced pork carnitas with juicy bacon, torched cheese, pickled purple cabbage, jalepeno, and onion. Balanced in sweet-savory flavour whilst still being light on the palette; a profile Iβd return for!
ππ¨ππ‘π ($6) - Using Callebaut chocolate made into a ganache instead of the regular cocoa powder, this had an enjoyable smooth finish. Aromatic balance of coffee with refreshing acid and bittersweet notes.

Had a fun time with @eatwithkeat @amazingkway and @smolbelly trying out a variety of bagels and drinks from @bagmeupsg and there were many that I loved!
The Sale-man bagel ($16.50) was stuffed full of smoked salmon and I absolutely loved the touch of dill with cream cheese. This is one refreshing bagel that I can finish easily!
The We Will Wagyu ($16.50) is one to go for if you love your meat. With a pretty thick and juicy patty, the beefy flavours together with the homemade sauce gave this bagel a rich savoury taste. I thoroughly enjoyed this!
Now their milk tea isn't any usual milk tea out there. You know they are serious with their milk teas when they do not come with ice so that the tea doesn't get diluted. The Ceylon Fresh Milk Tea ($4.50) was so fragrant and so nicely balanced. Such a smooth cup, I would come here just to get their tea if I'm around the area! Their White Peach Fresh Milk Tea ($4.50) is also incredibly balanced and aromatic and does not have that artificial after taste.
Thank you @bagmeupsg for the food and hospitality and thank you @eatwithkeat for inviting!
White Peach Fresh Milk Tea ($4.50)
My favourite of the 2! Nice light peach fragrance and pretty refreshing especially on a hot day!
Ceylon Fresh Milk Tea ($4.50)
Tea flavour is light and not super prominent, but still a decent one!
100% wagyu beef patty, torched cheese, onion, pickles, homemade sauce. Wagyu patty is meant to be raw, and they can afford to do so because the meat is freshly sourced! Sauce was slightly tangy, and flavour combination was enjoyable. Loved the generous amount of cheese altho wouldn't mind it to be even more prominent in terms of flavour!
Are you a fan of soft, chewy bagels?! Here's where you can get some at Everton Park near Outram Park MRT!
Bag Me Up Signature ($16.50)
Unagi, katsuobushi egg salad, lettuce & tomatoes.
Probably can't see it in the photo but the unagi hidden within was actly soft and pretty flavourful! (Defo wouldn't mind more of it!) Bagels were soft and chewy, but not overly chewy unlike NY bagels! There's also a generous amount of egg salad.
