We started the journey with a burst of flavor from the COLD SERVE NZ OYSTERS, topped with zesty chilli lime and briny ikura with a pop of lime caviar, perfectly paired with Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc 2022.

Next, experience the elegant CONFIT ÖRA KING SALMON - delicate nori and creamy wasabi, crowned with Avruga caviar (or upgrade to Oscietra caviar for a treat!), harmonized with Cloudy Bay Te Koko 2020.

Amazingly plated, the BRAISED PAUA ABALONE atop the smoky cauliflower and leek was a feast for both our eyes and palates, elegantly complemented by Cloudy Bay Chardonnay 2020.

The PAN-SEARED SOUTH ISLAND LAMB RUMP takes center stage, paired with beluga lentil and semi-dried tomato sauce to serenade your taste buds, partnered with the rich notes of Cloudy Bay Pinot Noir 2020.
