Thin slices of Yonezawa Beef grade A4 are quickly seared in front of you, after caramelising the sugar and other sauces blended in. The US Prime Beef, leaner cut of beef and cheaper option available. But why not go for a more flavourful one? Truly enjoyed it as super quality ingredients resulted in great flavours. The set comes with soft sesame tofu (served with wasabi paste, even though fresh wasabi would had been better), soft onsen tamago egg for dippping, or it could be poured over, and miso soup. They also serve two types of vegetables pickles. Be ready to queue outside as it does not take reservations.

In your dining experience, activate your five senses, where the chef imparts his/her showmanship which we donโ€™t usually experience while having a beef sukiyaki dish. Hear the sizzling sound of the pan, smell the aroma of food wafting through the air and watch your dishes get prepared right before your eyes as you sit back and relax. At the last step, chef styled the beef sukiyaki don for the pleasure of your eyes and awakens your taste bud. YAY! Time to tuck in!! .

I've never been a huge fan of keisuke chain (I like hamburg keisuke only) and this one is also a little weird for me. The meat is great quality for the price. However, the egg is not the traditional raw egg but an onsen egg (too cooked for dipping). Also the default doneness is medium, and they refused to do it med rare ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ™„ personally I will stick to traditional DIY Sukiyaki where I can control my own doneness, but this is fine if you need a quick sukiyaki fix.
