US Prime Beef bowl at $13.90. Can't beat the value for that price. The beef is cooked in front of you, very soft, tender and sweet with the sauce. The Japanese rice is soooo delicious, along with the tofu and mushrooms. An amazing combo! Love the little Japanese touch to everything. Come early before 7 to avoid queue!

It was worth it though! Such a sensory experience seeing the chefs cook right in front of your noses, on countertop seats (only about 10 plus pax seating hence the long wait). The small mountain of beef just melts in your mouth, topped with tofu, mushrooms, and even a small cup of extra beef sauce on the side (the remnants from the pot). ⁣

I’d recommend just getting the more expensive option - served in gold bowls; if you’re a first timer. Then to avoid breaking the bank, order the cheaper option - served in silver bowls (this disparity 🤣) when you return in future because trust me, you will. ⁣

Swipe for a sped-up version of the live cooking process! 😋

Wtv juices are left after they cook the beef, aka brown sugar and shoyu. Really really flavourful but also very well seasoned since it's not diluted at all. Personally I don't recommend anything else like ichimi or egg ruining/distracting the taste of the beef itself but this is good since it's the exact juice that the beef was cooked in

Goes really well with rice
