First time trying the charred eclipse.
I thought that the charred layer at the top would mask the cheese, but boy was I wrong. The flavors of the cheesecake was intense and distinct.

Would totally recommend.

Glad that Jolly Horly is back on the menu!
The taste of the cheesecake is subtle and does balance with the malty taste of Horlicks.

All their cheesecakes are good.

None were disappointing so far.

I still really like their classic new York cheesecake.

You can get the cheesecakes via their seven retail outlets or from their e-store as well. Their latest creation is launched in time to commemorate Singapore’s 56th birthday and pays homage to one of the nation’s breakfast beverages, the Kopi-O. This ‘Singaporen Breakfast’ cheesecake ($52.90 whole 900g, $6.90 slice), available from 19 July, is constructed with a vanilla sponge and a velvety smooth coffee cream cheese that has been infused with the robust flavours and fragrant aroma of locally-source Nanyang coffee powder, with the addition of charcoal powder to create the bold hue. Instead of you needing to drink the kopi, you can now savor the Singaporean Breakfast in a cake form, with the wonderful richness of the cream cheese and aromatic hints of coffee.

I’ve been a fan of cat and the fiddle cheesecakes since they were a temp shop at the basement of raffles MRT. Since then they have expanded to many outlets - the price has surely gone up but the quality and goodness of the cheesecake remains. Given that regular cakes are quite expensive elsewhere, I find their cheesecakes (

Burpple beyond deal of buy-3-free-3 slices is pretty worth it for a small house party! My personal favourites are Madam Roselle🌹 ($6.90), Maneki Neko🍋 ($7.90) and Once in the Blue Moon🫐 ($5.90).

Don’t recommend Jiggly Puff🧀 ($6.90) - My friends and I found it too cheesy and “overkill” as it has 3 layers of cheese. Maybe a super cheesecake lover will appreciate this more than the average cheesecake eater 🤣
