Definitely dont takeaway, else it's just a very normal pau. You need to have it there for maximum fluffiness

This sucks. Way too sweet

The egg really affects how shiok it can be, but still good

I also had their siew mai again. I guess I was too easily impressed before. It's good but not mindblowing

Delicious. I don't normally like the loosely packed style, but this one nailed it. Loosely packed and soft but no less intense in flavours. Probably the best I've had for this type (as compared to the atas Chinese restaurant style)

It's really very different. Cos it's freshly made each morning, fresh char siew and rice(not very glutinous, more like normal rice but fluffier with more bite). Char siew is abit tough but good enough. What you're really here for is the insane char siew sauce, which is aggressive in seasoning (but not over the top) and flavour

I would just get 2 char siew baos instead since their baos are so exemplary but you really can't go wrong w this either.
