Delicious. I don't normally like the loosely packed style, but this one nailed it. Loosely packed and soft but no less intense in flavours. Probably the best I've had for this type (as compared to the atas Chinese restaurant style)

It's really very different. Cos it's freshly made each morning, fresh char siew and rice(not very glutinous, more like normal rice but fluffier with more bite). Char siew is abit tough but good enough. What you're really here for is the insane char siew sauce, which is aggressive in seasoning (but not over the top) and flavour

I would just get 2 char siew baos instead since their baos are so exemplary but you really can't go wrong w this either.

Utterly delicious. Skin was as good as the char siew, maybe even slightly better because of how it absorbs the juices, yet remain perfectly intact

The filling was lovely too. It's juicy and meaty enough while having some bounce

Must try as well

The excellence of the skin is on full display here. Look at how thin the skin is. Nonetheless, it holds the wet fillings perfectly. It's not the kind that disintegrates in your mouth into foam, but it is very tender and fluffy, with just a bit of integrity. Perfection

The filling though, is also next level. I usually hate the starchy type but this one was all starch, yet lovely. The sauce is so intense and so good, full of smokiness and strongly seasoned, but never too much

Simply the best I've had. Must try.

Their baos are in general the best I've had, for the skin, and the only one so far that is a pass in my books

Good enough to overlook their weird naming (cos it has 3 ingredients in the fillings)

Absolutely delightful. Red bean, lotus paste, salted egg sauce were all of super high quality and mixed well

Skin is abit thick due to how intense the filling was, so the ratio is much better than it looks

Unique and well executed, it's a must try. After I took my first bite, I immediately went to get their other 2 signature baos. It's that good

Big Pork Pau - which looked so small
Yuan Yang Pau - my favourite cos got 2 flavours + salted egg yolk
Siew Mai
Fan Choy
Lo Mai Gai
