To the regulars at this little cosy joint, there's something which blows your mind even more than the pasta does. It's extra ordinary how toasted bruchetta loaded with uni and scampi could send me to foodie heaven. But it sure does every single time. Pretty sure this one is hidden from the menu. But be sure to request it the next time. It costs a pretty penny at about 20plus a pop but is well worth it indulgence is what you're looking for!

Food is one of life's greatest pleasures and this one is one of my absolute go tos when I feel like a splurge. Not cheap but well worth it. Though piled with rich ingredients, the balance is kept by the chopped konbu that ensures it doesn't make one feel its too gelat. A real treat!

That combination of Caviar, Truffles, & Uni was amazing beyond words πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ€€πŸ’―
I polished off the Chilled Angel Hair pasta with a mountain of scallops and caviar. Every mouthful was divine and spot on. Exploding flavour from the creamy uni & rich truffle flavour. πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

Dinner yesterday was full of awesomeness😍 This is my favourite uni pasta in Singapore, hands down! Even P, who is typically not that big a fan of uni, agrees that this is really good. So for people who haven’t tried this before, do yourself a favour and try itπŸ˜‹ Coupled with scallops and shaved black truffle, the burst of flavours of this dish just made me relish every mouthful. I know I typically do not sing such high praises of restaurants in my reviews, but this probably shows how much I like this uni pasta! Of course, the uni pasta comes with quite a hefty price tag, so if u’re not the type who has no qualms spending on food, you might feel the pinch. Nevertheless, I personally think it’s worth the occasional splurge.
If you were to order only one expensive thing in this restaurant, just go for the uni pasta. The rest of the pastas on the menu are actually quite reasonably priced (in the higher 20s).
P.s. the photo show the half portion sizes as we split each pasta into two!

Uni pasta $88 (additional $32 for 8g of black truffle)

So we wanted to order the cold uni capellini but we accidentally ordered this from their β€œdaily special”. Idek what was this. It was just pasta with some uni sauce topped with uni hahaha. Tbh tasted like mee kia noodles with uni, I quite liked it but I don’t think I would pay for this again. We didn’t realise how much this cost till we saw the bill. it was $90..... #burpple

Italian restaurants are aplenty in Singapore. Da luca is a gem that stands out for its cosy vibe and unpretentious cuisine. Great service and consistent food makes this a place that one must definitely return to!
