Breakfast with the Sakumas - miso grilled king salmon, smoked eel croquette, 63 degree egg, furikake and mayo. The salmon was a tad overcooked for my liking and the dish needed more acidity overall. The V60 pourover (not pictured) was pretty awesome! #burpple #devoncafesurryhills

Ghetto style crab and salmon omelette, shellfish bisque, Wild lumpfish Black caviar, confit tomatoes, fine herbs, french croissant πŸ₯

The omelette was silky and well seasoned, great with the rich and flavorful shellfish bisque. More sauce please!! Would have preferred if the croissant was served opened up with the omelette sandwiched between. πŸ˜›

Buckwheat blini, citrus cured salmon, poached eggs, broccolini, chives, salmon caviar, maltaise sauce

Had one of my most unforgettable brunch here! I love love blinis! For some reason it’s not common at all. πŸ€”

Loved the thick, fluffy blini! Almost like hotcake. The cured salmon tasted delicate and refined with that touch of citrus. Loved how aesthetically pleasing the dish is to have the thinly sliced salmon gently wrapping the poached eggs. To top it off, the maltaise sauce (traditional hollandaise blends with blood orange juice) should be given credits for giving that sweet, citrusy ending

Here's Little Lost Bread AUD17, not that lost after all with that pink fairy floss lol. This fluffy French toast is topped with white chocolate ice cream and orange cream cheese. I've to say that breads in Aussie are generally quite good. πŸ‡¦πŸ‡Ί

A hearty Breakfast with the Sakuma's- Miso-grilled king salmon, smoked eel croquette, 63' egg, radish petit salad & kewpi mayonnaise. And accompanied by a hot chocolate and a white coffee. So heavenly!

The miso grilled king salmon so fresh it's unbelievable, smoked eel croquette, 63 degree egg.

And the Iced Orange Mocha. I want to have this again.

This is one of them.
Oh, the truffle. The 4 different types of mushroom. And the egg.

Buckwheat blini, cured king salmon, salmon caviar, broccolini, sauce Mikado and poached eggs. Think your typical eggs benedict, but supersize that. #eujjkoalatytime

This is the most instagrammed dish in the brunch scene in Sydney, according to a food blogger. And true to its fame, this is totally delish and makes you go for more after you take a bite. But, it might be abit too rich towards middle of the meal so my advice is to order a few dishes and share among your girlfriends! Sharing is caring anyway 😊
