Pork belly that has been glazed with soy and honey to achieve that charred and sweet finish seldom disappoints and the accompanying sous vide egg gives it a nice creamy mouthfeel when you eat it with the rice. Forget about the scallions and salad, the real highlight reel is the char siu.

This char siew was really good. The pork belly was glazed in honey soy, and you get tender meat coated in sticky sweet and savory sauce.
