Insta-worthy tart that was not only beautiful to the eyes but also refreshingly appetising. It had a nice balance of sweetness and citrusy tang, and the red finger lime gave a small citricburst of flavour. The biscuit-like and buttery crust had just the right thickness and was crispy. Absolutely hitting all the right notes for me. 😍

Been eyeing the delectable treats from both @cassia.caneles & @dolcpatisserie and I was fortunate enough to be sent a sample of their new collaboration!

The ice coffee had really strong flavour which is good for people who love caffeine but it gave me a slight headache. Got two muffins which they helped to warm up in the oven - not too sweet and had a good textured crust 😛 Will be back to try their famous cakes

Order this if you love cheese cake. It's rich but not too thick till you get too cloying. But I don't really taste much Matcha. Maybe that's how most Matcha cheese cake are like but I prefer a more bitter Matcha taste

🍓 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙤𝙩𝙩𝙚 [$9] — mascarpone mousse, basil sponge, strawberry compote
🥧 𝙋𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙛𝙧𝙪𝙞𝙩 𝙈𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙪𝙚 [$7.5] — almond tart, passionfruit curd, meringue

we were recommended 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙤𝙩𝙩𝙚 [$9], their most iconic option, apparently. it was reallyyyy interesting, i’ve never had anything quite like it. the mascarpone mousse was silky and had a good balance of sweet and savoury. the chunks of basil sponge was interesting too—hidden within the mousse, it added another dimension to both the taste and texture of the pastry! the strawberry compote filling was really sweet in comparison to the rest of the pastry haha

the 𝙋𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙛𝙧𝙪𝙞𝙩 𝙈𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙪𝙚 [$7.5] was cited as a ‘safe choice’ by one of the workers there so we went for it. i quite liked it, especially for the torched meringue (which felt like marshmallows in my mouth). the passionfruit curd was thick and smooth, while the tart was pretty hard and dense.

Dark chocolate mousse, caramelized bananas, crunchy feuilletine.

For dark chocolate lovers. It was rich, dark, chocolatey with subtle taste of bananas. Small, not exactly cheap, but tasty. I like~
