My first experience on pork free dimsum and I'm impressed by the quality. Most item taste similar or even better than regular dimsum shop.

My recommendation will be the siewmai and hargao. Both execute really well.

However I don't enjoy the bbq chicken and cheong fun that much :)

The hargao from dolly dimsum is surprisingly good. Crunchy shrimp filling wrapped in thin translucent skin that just so nice.

A rising star in the dim sum scene, Dolly Dim Sum is built upon a contemporary interpretation of the stalwart cuisine. The stunning spot, decked in ravishing blue and gold decor, also dishes out high standard eats. Tuck into the comforting Salted Egg and Shredded Chicken Porridge (RM9.70), a hearty bowl that's good for two. Also good to order is the Dolly Mozza Roll (RM11.50) that will delight cheese-lovers with its melted mozzarella and prawn filling. For dim sum with your girlfriends, book a spot at this pretty place and pray that you won't get oozing salted egg yolk from the Egg Custard Bun (RM7.50) on anyone's dress! Halal.

I have mentioned this before, and here, finally, an image of this queen ✨ salted egg and chicken congee. What an amazing creation. Who knew I liked porridge?! (I quite do, I just realised it last month). This bowl of porridge is quite big for one, at least for me. I'm not that much of a big eater most of the time, so I do need to share. I could use this right about.. Anytime this week 😭

Just this month, I have been here thrice already. I didn't know I was that in love with dim sum.. and I have been to a Japanese restaurant, close to never, not this month at least.

The must try for this restaurant would be the egg custard bun, you cannot go wrong with that. The spicy Szechuan dumplings were good too. Try their salted egg and chicken congee, it's amazing. You would probably want to share that though. That, and that it might not be available all the time, you will need to ask them about its availability. All in all, it doesn't disappoint.
