I’m sorry but healthy food does not necessarily equate good coffee

I genuinely enjoy the food menu though

Aglio olio minus the pasta. In replacement, we have zucchini shredded into long strands. It is topped with tomato, mushroom, chilli, capers and lemon.

Very interesting taste! The paste was definitely spicier than expected. Then it has a refreshing, sour taste from the lemon juice.

If you’re looking for a light meal, I recommend this.

This was the roast leg of the day dish.

Briyani will always be my last choice but since I am at a 'healthy' makan place, made it my 1st choice. It is a 1st class guilt free briyani for RM29. My 1st wonder was, will it have greens and certainly a pleasant surprise - plenty of them and it goes well with the meal. The uniqueness of the dish is that it introduces herbs that compliment and blend well with the overall flavour. No weakness of overpowering flavour and I am sure it has health benefits.

With generous amount of olive garnishing at the top. Awesome flavour, you can smell it as it announced its arrival to our table. Super duper juicy meat perfectly cooked. The rice is flavourful with raisin and nuts. Instead of sinful curry gravy, it is served with a slightly sour side, which my palate cannot deconstruct the ingrediets. Two words: Highly Recommended.

The spiced lamb kofte, which is made fresh in-house, is delicious! Juicy and nicely spiced! It comes with roasted eggplant dip (yumss!), marinated beetroot and cauliflower tabbouleh.

The satay is made of chunks of chicken, not minced chicken. The sauce on it is suppose to be spicy, but it wasn’t to me. It’s sourish which makes the satay a little tangy. I like! Quite filling without carbs!

It comes with Lebanese slaw, house salsa and fresh greens.

The Cajun chicks chop at Fittie Sense is served with a nice succulent slab of flavourful chicken chop marinated in flavourful Moroccan spices, and is served on a bed of spinach and combination of fluffy millet quinoa pilaf peppered with cherry tomatoes. What really makes this fish stands out is it’s great punch of flavours, that you would not expect from a dish that is highly healthy. The dish is full with protein and slow release energy carbohydrate that make the perfect meal for one looking to eat healthier without compromise on flavour. A dish that is definitely worth the low calories.

This is a daily special.

It came with peri peri sauce, mango salsa, mixed organic rice and a side of salad.

It’s hearty. The chicken, rice and sauce goes very well.

Oh joy to find a vegan version of a typically beef dish!

The chili con carne is made which chickpeas, black beans and tomatoes. You can choose whether to have mixed organic rice or cauli rice with it. I chose cauli rice.

It tastes great but not that filling. Maybe it would be if I chose the organic rice instead.

One simply can’t fault any of their dishes here. All hearty and healthy. Wholesome goodness on a Sunday!

Here it’s peri peri roast chicken which was accompanied by Lebanese slaw and brown pea rice. Oh and a large serving of greens.

Find this cheerful cafe on the first floor along busy Jalan Telawi 3. Be sure to swing by with an empty stomach as portions are mighty generous, but since it's all healthy and good, we’re not complaining. There is also a Gut Bar for bottled kefir and kombucha, and an array of 'nice cream' — guilt-free vegan scoops!

Made with grass-fed lamb, the kofte’s delicious — tender and thoroughly spiced. It sits on a bed of parsley cauliflower rice, which is great along the creamy, garlicky hummus and a side of zesty spiced beetroot. A very satisfying dish, despite its slightly heftier price tag.

Can always use a bottle of nice and fizzy kefir to refresh and help you feel good about gobbling down lunch! This one spiked with ginger and lime was on the tangier, not-so-sweet side.

THAT avocado toast with scrambled egg and sumac - simply delicious! A great way to start your day, and so good that it’s available all day - perfect for brunch, light lunch or evening snack!

Healthy food, healthy me.
Always loved a meal that consist of meat, quinoa and vegetables. It should be topped with Avocado but they’ve replaced it with sweet potato for me the other day.

It’s really filling and that meal actually lasted me for the entire day, I’m not kidding.

The chicken, though a tad bit dry but was nicely seasoned served on a bed of spiced quinoa and vegetables. The serving of quinoa was too much for me, would preferred more vegetables instead.

Portion here are suitable for sharing if you're not a big eater.

Friendly service and staff are helpful in making recommendations from their menu.

Prices are of the higher end, but worth it for the portion and quality of food. They have recently launched a ‘PieceMeal’ section that allows you to build your own meal. Will be back to try that!
