Recently back to fuel plus for their delicious food items after some time and I'm happy to report that it's still as good as ever!

The Croffle & Truffle Mushroom ($19) was a total pleasure to have. The moment you have a thick rich truffle sauce and mushrooms, you know there's gonna be loads of umami. The scrambled eggs was done just right, and the Croffle was fluffy, almost like a roti prata!

Next we have the Pesto Eggs with Cajun Shrimp ($20), and being a pesto lover, this was very decent. The pesto eggs were done just right, and complemented well with their homemade sourdough. The shrimps were well grilled, and had a strong smoky flavour which was much appreciated.

Lastly we have the Grilled Seabass (~$25 with side and drink), which was very fresh and well seasoned and grilled. Each piece was very sweet and flaky, and the mashed potato was wonderfully creamy. The truffle tator tots as the side were highly addictive, due to its very crispy exterior.

Definitely no complaints with all the dishes we had, maybe just the long waiting time we had to endure before getting all our food. I'm guessing they might have a shortage of kitchen staff or just not used to large group orders! What's even better is that you can use #burpplebeyond for 30% off their food items! Will be back 😍

Menu changed in 2023, and whatever new items we tried (roast pork carbonara, bacon pappardelle and cajun chicken) were 😋 😋 😋😋😋

🎀 miso cream salmon ($22) - cauliflower mash & spinach cream that came with? top notch. otherwise, salmon was a little fishy & kind of dry. 6/10 for the dish - gonna be a pass for us ☚ī¸

💗 salmon mentaiko mac&cheese ($16) - an absolute smash. 10/10! definitely for sharing because the mentaiko + cheese pairing could definitely cause some jelak-ness 🙂‍↔ī¸ still so yummy esp when warm. total flavour bomb

👛 matcha banana pancakes ($17) - HUGE serving! 3 entire pancakes, some bananas & strawberries + a huge scoop of matcha ice cream. ice cream had q a bitter note to it (means real matcha? 🤩) & pancakes had slight matcha+banana taste to it. 8/10! would be great if it came with a side of maple syrup to go w the leftover pancake once the toppings were finished 🤭

total bill $55, no ++, final bill $41.25 after burpple discount. could definitely feed 3 girlies w the portions above so super worth! v friendly staff, defo do give them a visit 👍đŸģ

A good plate of carbonara :) Repeat customer and enjoyed most of the food items in Fuel Plus.

Got this twice! I really liked the mushroom soup and how the flavours and textures of the items in this dish complement each other :) I wonder if the fried lotus root could be less oily though.

I remember that their sodas were really refreshing (tried twice before). Ordered again today but it was way too sweet this time! Struggled to get through the drink.
