One of better Italian restaurants in Singapore. Occasionally, some unusual and always excellent pastas. The ossobuco melts in your mouth and served with a generous bone marrow. Understaffed; however, service is professional. Singapore is casual, but some Caucasian rednecks still show up in shorts and flip flops. Sigh.

They were good. But are they rlly deserving of this price? It really tastes more like ice cream than gelato

Very mild cheese, toast was super crunchy and thin. The amount of fruits were overkill for something so mild, there's no funk at all

If you're adventurous, I highly recommend picking something else. The food here is quite safe

Blue cod. The garlic butter lemon sauce was somewhat mild although still velvety. Boston mussels were tiny but toothsome.

The blue cod itself had a nice crust, the meat was cottony and slightly stringy. Maybe it could be cooked slightly less or maybe it's just the type of fish

Overall pretty good

Super tender. Bone marrow was amazing. But the sauce had a touch of sourness which I didn't like. It needs abit more umami too, even tho it's alr thick enough. Cheese risotto was pleasant

Good but it's really not worth double the price of good versions at normal restaurants

One of their signatures. Pictured is half portion cos they portioned out for sharing.

Tender veal filling, creamy sauce. A good ravioli

Generous portion for a starter, a lot of meat

Pretty decent, thick and creamy and pasta was good as well

Very airy and the top was crispy. Has a slight chew

Both were good, breadsticks were biscuity and had some flavour surprisingly

The dish is paired with mint sauce and baked eggplant parmigiana. Beautifully plated, the lamb is tender without any gamey taste. Will order again when I’m feeling generous 😁

Daddy’s birthday week meant it was a treat yourself week ✨ and boy am I glad we have found one of the best places for pastas and risottos!
My seasonal special of spinach ricotta ravioli was sonorously simple and delicious, a nice spicy kick from the tomato base sauce with fresh pasta sheets encapsulating a mild ricotta and spinach mix.
We also had a richer veal ravioli in cream sauce and the Ossobuco all “Garibaldi”, signature wagyu beef cheeks and bone marrow saffron risotto; both were lovely.

What sealed the meal was one of the best tiramisu in Singapore and my random but winning choice of dessert - Torta all! Ananas con Yogurt e Lime. The English description on the menu reading “pineapple cake with yoghurt and lime” does not do justice to the various different elements in this refreshing dessert, I mean if you would just look at the poached sheet of what I was guessing to be rhubarb at the bottom. All I wanted to say was God bless the dessert chef for blessing me with this exquisite creation- period.

Yes the sauce was headily thick and the pork ham and bacon was perfectly cured, but I'm just going to call this mac and cheese because that's how uninspired I was by the flavours.

Maybe my words are betraying my uncultured palate again but I would much rather appreciate a traditional dry carbonara with fresh and authentic ingredients than this insipid dish. 😭

When they first set the plate on the table, I was put off by the atrocious plating. Thankfully, I was proved wrong when I had my first spoon of the earthy and nutty sauce -- it was simply divine! If the just a morsel of sauce was enough to stun me, imagine my surprise when I bit into the veal ravioli and was greeted with a burst of meaty flavour. Full marks all around.
