Kara Miso S size, $13.50. Their Best-Seller Spicy Soybean Paste Ramen!! We wanted to have something warm for a cold day like this so we decided to have ramen 🍜! .
Tokusen Toroniku Ramen Shio flavor M size, $22. This ramen comes with their signature simmered pork cheek char siew that is so soft and juicy! This is a perfect match with the ramen!

We were able to choose our soup base, and I chose the (spicy) kara-miso ramen which wasn't that spicy. The pork cheek was really good and melt-in-your-mouth. The noodles were springy and the broth was full of flavour (a little bit too salty in my opinion) but still, this is one of the better ramen places in SG


The shoyu was mediocre, shio was good, and awase aji is the best of all their flavours. Definitely one of the best ramen in sg

🍜I got the shio ramen (mild salt) ~ 13.50++ and bUbz got the spicy shio ramen ~ 16.90(?)++ & the aburi pork cheek ~12++ to share.

The pork cheek rly does melt in your mouth and is pAcked with flAvours!! Love how the fat to lean meat ratio was just nice and didn’t feel too jelak.

The ramen bowls were great as the broth has a rly unique flavour and they certainly didn’t stinge on their ingredients!!

The place is a little cramped so I didn’t rly like the ambience but I guess quality ramen makes up for it.

Haven't visit for very long, probably at least 2 yrs. First time for WB and he liked the broth but he prefer the Ichiran noodle. I couldn't disagree with him on this 😂 cos Ichiran broth & noodle are one of the best.

Just when we thought there was no match for Santouka’s pork cheek ramen with shio soup, we discovered aburi pork cheek at this hidden enclave in Clarke Quay Central. Add the unmissable ramen tamago and we had our most therapeutic dinner in _weeks_.

At $22++ for a large pork cheek ramen and $12++ for an additional aburi pork cheek, we will definitely be back for more. Rain, rain, come again!
