๐Ÿ’ฌ The chashu pork slices here were considerably tender. The broth was light on the palate but the saltiness sort of lingers around for a bit; great for shio ramen lovers. Noodles were springy but nothing to shout about. I love the addition of their red pickled plum though, a great palate cleanser given its tartness. Give it a bite at the end of your meal and you will be ready for another bowl.

A small portion but it was good enough for me as I wasn't particularly hungry. The chopped up cubes of char siu were melt-in-your-mouth tender and the onsen egg was tasty in itself, even without the sauce. A great option for people who aren't into ramen but who find themselves here!

Come for the pork cheek ramen! The pork cheek is soooooo tender and juicy and tasty.
Love their ramen broth as well.

Kara Miso S size, $13.50. Their Best-Seller Spicy Soybean Paste Ramen!! We wanted to have something warm for a cold day like this so we decided to have ramen ๐Ÿœ! .
Tokusen Toroniku Ramen Shio flavor M size, $22. This ramen comes with their signature simmered pork cheek char siew that is so soft and juicy! This is a perfect match with the ramen!

We were able to choose our soup base, and I chose the (spicy) kara-miso ramen which wasn't that spicy. The pork cheek was really good and melt-in-your-mouth. The noodles were springy and the broth was full of flavour (a little bit too salty in my opinion) but still, this is one of the better ramen places in SG

The shoyu was mediocre, shio was good, and awase aji is the best of all their flavours. Definitely one of the best ramen in sg
